Our second floor offices and school are directly below a 10,000 square foot attic space. Squirrels were coming down through a ventilation opening, running through the hallways and taking crackers and certain cookies from the breakroom.
On certain occasions, when we arrived in the morning the squirrels would be sitting on our couch in the waiting room eating the crackers or cookies. We had difficultly chasing the squirrels off the couch and back up the hole in the hallway ceiling.
The problem had existed for over 2 years. Pest Control Companies refused the work because the attic area was too large and the possibility of many holes to and from the attic. We had no one who could help us with our problem. Through a referral, we learned about Evictor Products and their "Squirrel Evictor" unit.
Evictor Products installed (1) MB10K Unit directly above the ventilation opening. We have had the unit in our building for over 60 days and have not had a single squirrel enter our areas. The strangest thing is that we see the squirrels sitting out on our window ledge looking into our office.

We at the church have had a squirrel problem for over 20 years. Our recent problem with the squirrels was serious. They were chewing the fire alarm system wires in the attic/crawl space and causing false alarms.
Prior to the installation of the "Squirrel Evictor"there 5 false alarms within a 2 week period. We were told by the Fire Marshall of Conshohocken that there would be a fine of $300.00 for each new false alarm..
Through a relative of the church we learned of Evictor Products and their ."Squirrel Evictor" unit. We had (1) MB10K unit installed by an Evictor Products Technician. The unit was placed near the fire alarm wires that were being chewed and setting off the alarm.
