Shipping & Delivery
- All orders over $120 receive free shipping within the lower 48 States. We only charge sales tax on orders shipping to Illinois addresses. Products are generally shipped within 24-48 hours, though occasionally it can be longer. Overnight and Priority shipments normally are shipped same day if received by 4:30 PM CST, M-F. Certain products we may ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, in which case in can take several days to go out. If we are unable to ship Overnight or Priority, we will inform you and refund the extra shipping charges. We will do our best to contact you if your order isn't expected to go out promptly. We predominately use US Mail and FedEx for our shipments. If your billing address is a PO Box, please leave us a street address as well in case we are shipping by FedEx or other carrier. International shipments are usually sent by US International First Class or Priority Mail. If you are an international customer and want a tracking number, please choose to ship by Priority shipping.

Returns & Replacements
- SafePetProducts.com offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, unless marked otherwise, below or on the product page. Returns must be returned within 30 days in original packaging and in like new, resalable condition. Refunds will be for the purchase price only not shipping charges. On orders with free shipping, our actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be processed within a week of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds will be processed with the same form of payment you made while purchasing the item(s). Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to getting the item(s) back to our address. Certain items, including all pet beds, litter boxes, bird feeders, Kittywalk products, and ABO Gear products, must be unused in order to receive a refund. We cannot accept returns of these products if they have been used. Returns should be free of pet hair and have no tobacco or perfume odors. Other products you are welcome to try to see if they work for you, including Cat Stops, Ultraprotect Animal Repellers, Scarecrow Repellers, K9 Kalmers, and Soft Claws. If returning any DVD's & CD-ROM's they must be unopened in order to receive a refund.
All of our products come with a factory warranty. Customers can contact customer service at the number below to process a warranty exchange, or it is often easier to call the manufacturer directly. Customers will be responsible for the difference in price if the exchanged item price is more. Customers will be credited the difference in price if the exchanged item price is less.
